One Avon is a managed residential property within a sensitive urban–bushland interface containing a critically endangered ecological community, a watercourse and two wetlands.
For more than five years, ReduceRisk has delivered an integrated program of ecological restoration, riparian rehabilitation, erosion control and low-intensity mosaic burning to build long-term resilience, reduce ongoing maintenance pressure and maintain a high-quality residential landscape.

Butterwick is a 400-hectare rural property managed under a biodiversity stewardship agreement, where biodiversity conservation and bushfire risk mitigation needed to be carefully balanced across a complex landscape adjoining agricultural land.
Over a three-year period, ReduceRisk delivered ecological restoration, invasive species management and complex prescribed burning to enhance ecosystem resilience, protect biodiversity values and maintain defendable space around infrastructure.

Kemps Creek

Kemps Creek is a managed site where ReduceRisk was engaged for an 18-month period to deliver targeted biosecurity and environmental compliance activities.
The project focused on controlling Weeds of National Significance, particularly alligator weed, to prevent spread beyond the site and protect neighbouring properties, waterways and surrounding landscapes from ecological harm.
